Product Overview
The Haier HRF680YZS 600 Series 601L quad door refrigerator freezer in Satina combines flexible food storage with plumbed ice and filtered water through the door. Its 91cm design offers a 334L refrigerator, 132L freezer and 135L SwitchZone compartment that converts between fridge and freezer.
Designed to impress
The approach-activated dispenser illuminates with a soft, diffused light for convenient access to chilled water. A fingerprint-resistant Satina finish complements the kitchen, while full back-panel LED lighting clearly illuminates the interior.
Pure ice and water
Absolute Ice technology uses a dedicated cooling pathway to help keep ice separate from fridge air and odours. Dispense cubed or crushed ice through the exterior door, with ice production of up to 1.4kg per day. The manufacturer describes a 10x improvement in ice purity, based specifically on independent testing showing a 10x reduction in trimethylamine content compared with the ice maker in model CVE28DP2NS1. A plumbed water connection is required.
SwitchZone flexibility
Convert the 135L bottom-right compartment between fridge and freezer as your storage needs change. Select temperatures from -18°C to +5°C.
Fresh-food storage
The My Zone adjustable-temperature drawer offers Chill, Quick Cool and Fruit & Veg settings. The HumidityZone drawer provides humidity-controlled vegetable storage. Multi-Zone Air circulates cool air to help maintain even temperatures throughout the fridge.
Anti-Bacterial Treatment protection
The manufacturer states that the ABT filter kills up to 99.9% of bacteria. Its supplied independent-test note reports removal of greater than 99.99% of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella aertrycke, Shigella sonnei and Yersinia enterocolitica under test conditions.
Wi-Fi connected convenience
Use the SmartHQ app and compatible smart home speakers to control supported settings. Adjust SwitchZone, receive water-filter replacement alerts and activate the ice maker before guests arrive.
