Product Overview
The Fisher & Paykel CI604ZZDTB5 60cm Series 7 induction cooktop combines a minimal Black Glass finish with four cooking zones and two flexible SmartZones. Cook dishes independently or link zones for larger pans and griddles, from delicate sauces during the week to a weekend family meal.
Features and benefits
- Two flexible SmartZones: Link cooking zones and control them together for wide pans or griddles.
- Responsive induction: Adjust heat quickly, from boiling to a gentle simmer, with nine heat settings.
- Touch&Slide controls: Easily adjust individual zones or link them into larger cooking areas.
- PowerBoost and Auto Rapid Heat: Deliver fast heat when needed.
- Gentle Heat: Low, consistent warmth for melting chocolate, delicate sauces, poaching or keeping food warm.
- Pause and Recall: Pause cooking for up to 10 minutes, then resume, or restore settings with Recall if the cooktop is turned off.
- Flexible installation: Suitable for flush-fit or raised installation, with a flat, easy-clean glass surface.
- Convenient timing: Auto cut-off timer for each zone and a minute timer.
- Safety features: Keylock, pan detection, safety time-out, spillage auto-off and surface-hot indicators.
Note: Nava Electronics will not install cooktops. Installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician. Only suitable induction-compatible cookware will heat on the cooktop. Nava Electronics will not be responsible for faults or damages that arise as a result of improper installation or maintenance.
